Apply waterbased lubricant to the penis and base before inserting the penis into the pump.
Make sure the penis is straight and fully inserted before turning on the pump.

Likely cause – There is a air leak caused by poor seal.
Base of pump must be in contact with abdominal wall for it to create a vacuum.

Also - Trim pubic hair, use more lubricant, apply a firm pressure to the body - then check device for air leaks.

My scrotum/testicle are being sucked into the cylinder - How do I stop this?

If this occurs, use the red Vacuum Release button immediately. 
Prevent by stretching the skin of the scrotum down and away from the device before starting the vacuum mode and when the vacuum is first started.

I'm feeling pain at a higher PSI.

You should not feel any irritation or pain during use.

Can I take the THERAPUMP into the shower?

No, avoid the controller head of the pump to come in contact with water or any liquids, it is not waterproof.
Do not submerge or fill the cylinder with water.

How do I clean the pump?

Remove the controller head before cleaning.
Allow the pump to cool down before cleaning.

Clean the pump cylinder with warm water and soap or toy cleaner before and after each use.
